Zambia Community Education Initiative works in conjunction with the Southern African Institute of Policy and Research (SAIPAR). In 2014, the SAIPAR Board created a fellowship called the Robert and Barbara Kent Fellowship in honor of Professor Robert Kent and recognition of his contribution to legal education in Zambia. The fellowship is awarded annually to an outstanding law graduate to support the graduate's research of own academic interest at SAIPAR.
